In the course of my 20-year corporate career spanning FMCG, consumer health and medtech industries, I have successfully navigated numerous transitions and pivots. That's why I'm passionate about coaching others through change to turn uncertainty into opportunity.

Being promoted to Head of Innovation and building a team including processes from scratch, which we achieved 2 months ahead of schedule

Headhunted for a business transformation role in the medtech sector - I had to scale a steep learning curve while launching a major cloud software successfully within Year 1

Joining a newly set-up innovation squad and created patented products as lead inventor barely 1 year in the role

Becoming a first-time mum and thriving in an expanded role after returning from maternity leave

Our Meals Matter.
